My research on the Asian eDiscovery market has been very interesting so far and I’m starting to get a good picture of the market in Asia. We recently hosted a webinar introducing an overview of Asian eDiscovery Challenges and our panelists, James Gordon (Berkeley Research Group) and Yodi Hailemarian (McDermott Will & Emory), did a great job of discussing the legal and cultural issues when dealing with Asia.
